No trains between Kutno and Łęczyca. Damaged tracks cause delays and cancellations

All train movement between Kutno and Łęczyca have been stopped. The reason for the cancellation of service is damaged to the rail tracks at Gawrony.

On Monday morning (30.11.), all train services between Kutno and Łęczyca have been cancelled. A tree fell onto the tracks and caused severe damage. ŁKA spokeswoman Anna Kulik says -Strong winds toppled a tree that fell on to the tracks and caused damage. Repair work is underway -.

In the meantime, Łódzka Kolej Aglomeracyjna set up replacement services for passengers. At the moment it is unclear when normal services will resume.
