World Championship Qualifiers. Poland – Iceland 3:0

The Polish women’s volleyball national team beat Iceland by 3:0 in Warsaw yesterday evening and are leading Group 2 in the World Championship 2018 qualifying tournament held in the Polish capital Warsaw.



Poland is currently leading Group 2 of the 2018 World Championships to be held in Japan. The qualifying tournament in Warsaw is made up of the national teams from Poland, Cyprus, Iceland, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Serbia.

This evening Poland will face off with Slovakia and the big showdown of the tournament is expected for Sunday evening when Poland faces Serbia, currently second placed in the qualifying group.
