President of Poland, Bronislaw Komorowski, has met with Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko, on Wednesday to discuss the ratification of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. – Poland is the biggest advocate of Ukraine in the EU – said the President of Ukraine.
Komorowski noted that Poroshenko’s visit is an opportunity to highlight the Polish solidarity with Ukraine “in the period of difficulty, deep crisis being experienced by Ukraine, among other things because of the aggressions made by the Russian neighbor.”
– Poland declares full understanding of the constant need to maintain the integrity of the territory of Ukraine, as well as maintain all of the attributes of independence, sovereignty of Ukraine. At the same time Poland is in favor of finding solutions through dialogue and understanding, as we believe that this is the best way for Ukraine – Komorowski said.
