Heavy storms and rainfall caused severe damage across Poland last weekend. Fire services were called out over 350 times.
The southern town of Chorzow (Silesia) was hit the hardest when a small tornado rampaged through the town, causing damage to several buildings and trees. Several cars were damaged by falling bricks and tree branches. In Łódz, heavy rainfall caused flooding to basements, however, no further damage or injuries were reported.
