All Saints Day in Poland. Supermarkets and shopping malls closed on Wednesday

First of November marks the All Saints holiday in Poland. Millions of Poles will visit their families as well graves of their loved ones. On All Saints Day, cemeteries glow with thousands of candles, presenting a unique and picturesque scene.



As Wednesday will be an official public holiday, most shops, supermarkets and malls across the country will remain closed and public transport will run according to Sunday schedule.

In most cases, gas stations, Fresh Market, Żabka and Małpka Express shops will be open at the discretion of the owners.
