Property prices in Poland decreased compared to same period last year, Metrohouse and Expander have published their report on property prices for July 2015. The report covered 15 polish cities and found that, on average, prices of property in Poland have fallen by 1.6 % compared to the same month last year.

Olsztyn (-5,6%), Poznan (-4,8) and Torun (-4.6) have seen biggest decrease in prices. On the other hand property prices in Łódź (+3%), Wroclaw (+0.9), Sopot (+0.6) and Lublin (+0.4) have gone up.
