Anti-corruption officers search former sports ministers home

Officers of the CBA (Central Anti-Corruption Bureau) have searched the house of former sports minister Andrzej Biernat today (29.02.).


The search was conducted in the early hours of Monday 29.02.2016 at Biernat’s home close to the city of Łódź, central Poland. Andrzej Biernat (Civic Platform) resigned from his post as sports minister in 2015. Biernat was not arrested but has been summoned to the prosecutor’s office.
