Company Skanska has sold the office complex Green Horizon in Łódź. The company says that this transaction is proof of the investment attractiveness of Łódź.
The office complex “Green Horizon” at the roundabout Solidarności in Łódź has a new owner. Skanska Property Poland, the company that built the complex, has just sold the object to Griffin Real Estate. Griffin is a group, which over the past eight years has invested in prestigious estates in Central and Eastern Europe. It owns, among others, “Hala Koszyki” in Warsaw and reputable shopping centers in Wroclaw and Katowice such as the Supersam.
For Green Horizon, Griffin paid 66 million EUR, or nearly 280 million zł. Skanska did not disclose how much it invested into its construction. The complex has 33 thousand square meters of office space for rent, and the anchor tenants are currently Infosys BPO Poland (it takes more than 21 thousand sq. m.), and Southwestern. After the change of ownership, Infosys will remain the main tenant at Green Horizon.
