City of Łódź looking for investors in France

The city of Łódź is hoping to attract additional foreign investors by visiting one of the most prestigious real estate fairs in France. From the 14th to the 17th of March, city representatives will be offering real estate plots at the fair in Cannes.

As reported by Radio Łódź, the city is attempting to attract more foreign investment by joining one of the worlds most prestigious real estate fairs. At the fair in the French city of Cannes, city authorities hope to present Łódź as the ideal hub for companies intending to open their new European hubs in Poland.

The city is particularly keen on offering the plot of land at the intersection of Kilińskiego and Piłsudskiego, hoping that investors would be tempted to create additional office space in the city.

The real estate fair in Cannes will be held between the 14th and 17th of march. More than 2.6 thousand exhibitors are expected to gather at the event, including representatives of 90 countries from around the world.
