More buildings than originally planed will enjoy a facelift this year. The city of Łódź has confirmed that it has allocated additional funds for the renovation of buildings in the city.
An additional 22 million PLN have been made available for the renovation of buildings in Łódź this year. The funds come from savings made from last year’s budget and the city confirmed that they will be used for long-overdue renovations of buildings across the city. The city will use the additional funds within its “Mia100Kamienic” project which already oversaw the renovation of some 110 buildings.
With the additional funds, this year’s budget for renovations has been increased to 32 million PLN.
