Residents of Łódź will have it easier to go on their summer vacation this year as two new bus routes will allow for easy access to the sea in the north or the mountains in the south of the country.
The new routes will be operated by Czech carrier Leo Express and will connect the central Polish city Łódź with the sea and the mountains.
One connection will take travelers from Krakow through Katowice, Częstochowa, Łódź and Gdansk to the northern sea town of Ustka, Pomorskie region. The second connection will run from Zakopane through Krakow, Katowice, Czestochowa, Łódź, Bydgoszcz and will also end in Ustka.
The buses will arrive to and depart from the bus terminal at the new Łódź Fabryczna railway station.
In the Czech Republic, Leo Express operates both bus and rail connections and has already plans for potential rail connections between Poland and Czech.
