ŁKA increases frequency on Łódź – Warsaw route over long May weekend

Łódzka Kolej Aglomeracyjna (ŁKA) announced that it will increase the frequency of trains on its Łódź – Warsaw route over the long May weekend. “Sprinters” between Łódź Fabryczna railway station and the Polish capital will be available on Saturday and Sunday (29th and 30th of April) as well as on Monday and Wednesday (1st and 3rd of May) .



The “Sprinter” service is usually only available on weekends, connecting the central city Łódź with Warsaw 5 times on Saturdays and Sundays. Due to the increased demand over the long holiday weekend, ŁKA extended the offer to Monday 1st of May and Wednesday 3rd of May, allowing passengers from both cities for a more comfortable journey over the holiday period.

Trains from Łódź Fabryczna will leave at 09:15, 11:12, 13:14, 15:07 and 17:14 while trains from Warsaw Central to Łódź will leave at 11:17, 13:35, 15:20, 18:45 and 21:25.
