Łódź Agglomeration Railway confirmed that it will increase the number of scheduled departures from Łódź Kaliska to Warsaw starting from 4th of September. 2 additional sets of trains will be added to the weekend schedule between Łódź and the Polish capital.
The additional “Flirty3” trains will be added to the Saturday and Sunday schedules of ŁKA’s Łódź – Warsaw route, bringing the number of daily departures up to four.
The trains from Łódź will leave Kaliska at 6:30, 9:09, 15:07 and 17:05 while the trains back to Łódź leave the capital city at 11:18, 13:13, 19:23 and 21:13.
– Demand on the Łódź – Warsaw route is high. Almost every train is full. Every Saturday and Sunday we carry between 2500 to 3000 passengers on this route – says Marta Markowska, LKA spokesperson.
Łódź Agglomeration Railway began running scheduled calls between Łódź and Warsaw on the 13th of March this year.
