Stary Browar Shopping Center in Poznan changed ownership for 290 Million Euro

The Stary Browar Shopping Center in the center of Poznan has changed ownership. The new owners, Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, paid 290 Million for the property.


The sale was confirmed by the original investor Grazyna Kulczyk and Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management. Stary Browar consist of 4700 sqm and hosts shops, cafes, restaurants as well as a cinema complex.
