Police in Warsaw investigate attack on Greek embassy

Warsaw police has launched an inquiry into an attack on the embassy of Greece. The facade of the building was doused with paint.


– We got a report of damage to the embassy building facade, someone threw two colored paint cans – confirms Agnieszka Włodarska press officer of the metropolitan police headquarters.

Police conducted on-site activities, collected evidence. At this moment we are unsure exactly when the attack occurred and what was the motive of the offender or offenders.

– Police received the call at 9.30 – says Agnieszka Włodarska.

The embassy of Greece is located in Warsaw’s downtown street Górnośląska.
