UPS opened new center in Łódz. Plans to employ 200 people

UPS opened its new handling center in Strykow close to Łódz. UPS plans to employ 200 people in the center. The location comprises pf ​​12.8 thousand sqm and is adapted to sort up to 15 thousand shipments per hour.


Facilities among others include 70 positions for loading and unloading trucks and 125 parking spaces. UPS invested 20 Million dollars into the new facility.

Yesterday’s opening was attended by prominent guests including the deputy prime minister, mayor of Łódz and the president of UPS Europe Cindy Miller .
