The historic Markus Silberstein factory at Piotrkowska 250 will come to life again. The investor will build, among others, a pavilion with parking on the roof.
The historic Markus Silberstein factory on Piotrkowska will gain new youth. The beautiful building with towers on the sides refers to gothic architecture and reminiscent of medieval strongholds. Now it will gain new functionality. An office center will be created here. Just behind the factory a storey pavilion with parking on the roof will be built.
After regaining independence, the property was bought by a well-known businessman from Pabianice – Edward Łągiewczyka. His son, Matthias, president of Piotrkowska 250 Investment wants to restore the luster archaeological site.
– The plan is to renovate the facade and repair the roof. Before that, the wooden cornice cordon extending under the roof will be rebuilt. Also all the windows have been replaced. This year, we continue to work. It will cost about 300 thousand. zł. After its completion we want to restore the “Kantor” business character of the building – explains Paulina Hubluk-Podgórska, director of the company.
