Austrian company Warimpex starts construction of its next investment in Łódź, an office complex at ul. Ogrodowa. The office building will offer 28 600 sqm of leasable space, of which 3 900 sqm will be made up of retail space in the arcade on the ground floor. Completion of construction works is planned for the first quarter of 2018.
During the inaugurating event, which was held on Wednesday this week, Mayor of Łódź Hanna Zdanowska said – It is a special investment. An important place in Łódź and a historical corner. The new building will not only fill a gap, but will also become the new headquarters for businesses and will help to create jobs.
– We have been operating in Łódź for many years, because we believe in the great potential of this city. Today Łódź needs modern and comfortable office spaces that meet the needs of new companies investing here. Before construction started, we already signed the first lease agreement and we hope that soon we will be able to announce the new tenants – said Jerzy Krogulec, CEO of Warimpex Poland.
The investment at Ogrodowa is estimated at 50 million Euro and will offer office space for approx. 3,000 workers.
