A new four star hotel is to be opened at the end of 2016. This will be the first hotel of this standard on Łódź’s main street.
The hotel will take up residency in a newly designed 9-storey building at Piotrkowska 94. Joanna Hamad, spokesperson for the investor, says that it is an ideal location. – We noticed that an
object such as a four star hotel is missing in the pedestrian area. People who come to town want to be as close as possible to the main street – she added.
The project will cost 50 million PLN. Wojciech Wróblewski, director of the new hotel, explains that guests will have almost 150 rooms of high standard at their disposal. – The project is divided into two stages. In the first stage we expect to open fifty-six rooms and we want to finish this phase in October. Primarily we focus on business guests – he explains.
The new hotel will be the first on Piotrowska of such a high standard.
