For the third time, the popular event “Restaurant Week” will return to Łódź in April. 35 restaurants from Łódź and surrounding areas will take part in the event which has proven to be very successful not only in Poland but across the globe.
The idea is to encourage the residents of Łódź to savor meals outside their homes, explain the organizers of Restaurant Week. – It is a way of promoting the idea of spending free time with family and friends in restaurants – they add.
Restaurants which will take part in the event will be prepare specially designed three-course menus. – To take part, participants enter Restaurant Week’s website at www.restaurantweek.pl, choose the day they would like to visit a restaurant, the hour and the restaurant itself – says organizer, Igor Jankowski. – On your chosen day you will have the possibility to pick from a three-course menu. It will include: appetizer or soup, main dish and dessert – Jankowski adds.
According to Adam Kopczyński of Restaurant Week Poland, the restaurant market in Łódź is constantly developing and responding to the latest culinary trends. – Restaurants are eager to use local produce and modern cooking techniques.
Restaurant Week will take place between the 21st and 31st of April.
